Bean: White Rice
CERTIFIED ORGANIC BEAN SEED, 1 packet (50 seeds)
(Phaseolus vulgaris) White Rice bush beans are an heirloom dry bean favorite, resembling rice, obviously. Their small size, slightly larger than a grain of rice, make them quick cooking and easy to use. Also doubles as a tasty, tender green snap bean; just pick it early, as you would any snap bean. Harvest green snap beans in about 55 days and dry beans at 85 days when fully mature. These prolific plants keep setting blooms throughout the growing season, allowing you to harvest green beans for fresh eating as you harvest dry beans! Versatile abundance!
