Gardening Twine from Natural Rubber and Sheep's Wool

Extra strong water and weather resistant gardening twine made from the wool of sheep raised in the Indian Himalayans. The sheep spend the summer in mountain meadows at elevations of 13,000 feet ‘on the roof of the world’. They have to cope with harsh conditions and their long woolen coats protect them. These tough, strong wool fibers are made even more durable by giving the twine a coating of Fairly Traded natural rubber. And the twine is compostable. Fair for the producers and good for the environment – from sourcing to disposal.
