CERTIFIED ORGANIC, HEIRLOOM SEED, 1 packet (100 seeds)

Monarda citriodora (60-70 days) Masses of tiered pink blossoms on thick, sturdy stocks, blooming from mid-summer until frost. Easy to grow ornamental, gorgeous in bouquets as a cut flower. Like bee balm, it’s highly attractive to bees, butterflies, other pollinators, as well as hummingbirds. Pick the leaves for fresh use in the kitchen. Or harvest leaves before the flowers open and dry for use as a lemony tea. To use as a dried flower, cut as soon as they’re fully open. The lemon-scented leaves can also be used as an insect repellent by rubbing on the skin.
