ONCE I'VE STARTED AN ORDER, CAN I COME BACK TO IT AT A LATER TIME?
Yes, simply create an account and log into it before you start shopping. Then you can add items to your cart and come back later to retrieve them. You'll need to log back into your account again when you return. We'll also send you an email with a link where you can pick up where you left off!
CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
To expedite any order please do not place your order on our website. Just call 701-883-4416 and place your order by phone. Cutoff times for 2-day shipping are 11 am CST.
CAN I VISIT PRAIRIE ROAD?
Thanks so much for your interest! We are not currently offering special tours. Normally, we do offer an annual on-farm garden tour, so please sign up for our email updates to receive your personal invitation!
DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL LOCATION?
No, sorry! We do not have a retail storefront.
CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER AFTER I'VE SUBMITTED IT?
We work hard to streamline our order process, which means orders may be processed quickly. If an order has entered fulfillment and has already been shipped, we are not able to make changes to it. WILL OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS COME BACK IN STOCK?
Once an item goes out of stock, it is not likely to be back in stock until the next growing season. Our website is the best place to check for the most up-to-date information about varieties available for orders.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with the quality of our seed and our customer service-- it's our policy! We back our seed with our full guarantee. We want you to be 100% happy with the seed that you buy from us. If any seed you buy from Prairie Road proves to be unsatisfactory, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Learn more here.
