Solanum lycopersicon (80-85 days; indeterminate) Very productive heirloom listed on Slow Food USA Ark of Taste. One of the largest, most delicious paste tomatoes, it produces 8-12 oz deep-red, oxheart-shaped, coreless, meaty fruit.

Growing Notes

Sow transplant seedlings indoors 5-6 wks before last frost; Planting depth: 1/4 inch. Avg. Days to Germ.: 7-12. Transplant outdoors with 36-48 in. spacing between plants in rows 4-6 ft. apart.

Trellis for easier access; amish paste tomato plant height can reach over 6 feet. Full sun. Days to Maturity (after transplant): 81-85.
